Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and confirm your item's eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewellery in its original presentation box and include all diamond certificates, warranties, and the original sales receipt.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship your package using a tracked and fully insured courier service to our Sydney boutique, ensuring the RAN is clearly marked on the outer packaging.

  Expert Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master jewellers will inspect the piece for its original condition before processing your full refund or exchange within 7 business days.
